We went to The Sunken Ship Tropical Bar for my Bachelorette! We were blown away by the Tropical decor everywhere. The food was amazing! They have amazing live music. A reggae band was playing when we went. The owners and staff were so nice! They even made sure we made it back to our hotel safe. They care about every customer that comes through their door.
LOVED the outdoor patio cabanas! Atomosphere was on point, music had chill beachy vibes. The burger was probably the best I've ever had, and the drinks were amazing! We can't wait to go back again! A hidden gem!
My husband and I, enjoyed our dinner on the beautiful patio. I would recommend the Mexican Beef Steak and Empanadas. The cocktails were amazing Blue Hawaiian and Bob Marley. Lots of delicious meals and cocktails. Live entertainment and friendly staff.
We dined here last night because we wanted to try the snow globe tent. Our experience was great! The snow globe was nicely heated and cleaned. The server was amazing, very attentive and friendly unfortunately I didn't catch his name. The food was fresh, delicious and fast. Overall our experience was great! We came from Barrie to try it and wasn't disappointed. We can't wait to come back in the summer to try their cabana patio.
The place has a really cool location on Main Street in orillia. From outside you see that the owner out a lot of thought and energy on it. Every little piece of decoration was well thought. Each detail makes it really unique. Plenty of space outside. Some cool areas for groups. There is also a bar outside that looks really awesome like you were in a catamaran bar party. The price is not the cheapest. But also not super expensive. I think for the reality today is fair. The service was over the moon. The lady that served us was really really nice. Drink came quickly. Totally recommend and will go back to try other drinks food and the events. Apparently they have some Hawai dancers. Buffet and other stuff during some and winter there are some dedicated events as well. Will post some pictures of the menu and the place. Stop there if you are around you won’t regret. Also if you search on Waze will tell that the place is closed and I called Thamires just ignore that. We almost gave up on going because of this.
Fabulous place that is uniquely decorated. We had an amazing hamburger (had the Luau Hamburger), and it was prepared perfectly and tasted even better! Our waitress was fantastic. We couldn't have been more pleased with our meal and drinks here!
Highlights: - Very fun, unique, tropical setting - Very friendly (& fast) staff - Amazing Fish & Chips! Very LARGE fillets of Haddock that you will find very satisfying. - Trivia Night, every Monday night starting at 6pm ... Was so much fun! You don’t have to participate, but you would find it very difficult to resist playing along :-) This restaurant has a fun, tropical vibe. In the summer, I recommend enjoying eating outside in their tropical huts. In the winter, their huts are heated, so you can still eat outside. The menu is diverse, and the servings are generous and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
